2020 Republican Primary Endorsements

Niles Township Republican Committeeman Chris Hanusiak announced the results of the township Republican unanimous endorsements for the March 17, 2020 primary election. The Republican organization stands united and energetic for the reelection of President Trump. Hanusiak said “Our country has improved economically during the last three years, unemployment is at its lowest, and companies are re-investing in their businesses which expand the labor force. We ARE better off than three years ago!”

On the statewide ticket, the group endorsed former Lake County Sheriff Mark Curran, while the local 9th District Congressional candidate will be Sargis Sangari, retired Army Lt. Colonel who served in multiple combat deployments to Iraq.

Northwest side resident Christopher Pfannkuche was enthusiastically supported for the Cook County State’s Attorney office. Pfannkuche worked in the State’s Attorney’s office for decades and pledges an aggressive campaign to restore fair and equal justice for prosecution decisions and no favoritism to celebrities and

politicians.

Voters are asked to support the write-in campaign for Brian Lee O’Donnell, longtime Skokie community volunteer and activist, who would represent the 16th legislative district in Springfield. Hanusiak pointed out the ease in voting for O’Donnell...type his name using the letters on the keyboard and space key to separate the first and last name.  And when finished, press “OK.”

Hanusiak promises strong campaigns both for the primary and the November election. “We’re on a winning roll!”

he said, “and we can’t stop now.”
